Designed for a specific decision, pattern, or crossroads you're standing in right now. We name what's actually happening beneath the noise and leave you with a clear read on how to move.

How the Container Works

Each coaching relationship is shaped around the individual, but most include:

  • Ongoing 1:1 sessions (weekly or biweekly)

  • A 3- or 6-month commitment

  • Space to work through strategy, energy, identity, and decision-making

  • A grounded, honest dynamic that evolves as you do

Structure is discussed after an initial session, once we know what alignment actually looks like for you.
