This 60-minute live digital session is an intuitively led energy-clearing experience designed for new and existing clients.

You will discuss your current blocks in order to intuitively release all that’s preventing you from moving forward on your path. After removing the energetic blockages from your aura, you will create a plan together with tools to utilize when you are confronted with the situations that created those blocks. These can be any combination of breathwork, affirmations, meditations, journal prompts, and/or yoga postures.
