ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANT

BOOK WITH BRITTNEE ROCK

The ethos of Brittnee’s work focuses on the firm belief that creating space for authentic voices on teams brings impactful innovation. She works to build meaningful diversity and inclusion frameworks for companies that focus on community building, learning opportunities through inclusivity, skill development for leadership, and strategy to infuse the work of diversity and inclusion into the DNA of companies.

Brittnee served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Aurify Brands, the former parent company of Fields Good Chicken, Melt Shop, the Little Beet Group, and the Five Guys Franchise in NYC. She was responsible for building, defining, and executing the organization’s DEI strategy. This led to a Director of Talent & DEI role at Le Pain Quotidien USA and Little Beet Brands, where she led full-cycle recruitment while defining and building an equitable hiring process for executive and mid-management positions.

Prior to working in the hospitality industry, Brittnee started her career in the education non-profit sector, helping underserved communities and students seek resources for college and after-school opportunities. This work centered around grassroots community building and creating cultures of inclusion and belonging for students and teachers of color throughout The Bronx and East Harlem.

When Brittnee isn’t working, you can catch her in Harlem with her dog Banks or putting together fabulous OODs on Instagram.
